Did you know that you can use QBlade to model Marine Hydrokinetic Turbines (MHK), including the effects of added mass and inertia forces?

This feature is currently being used to design and develop a test rig for rotor wake investigations for the large towing tank facility of Technische Universität Berlin. The project “Dynamics and Destabilisation of Helical Vortices” is funded by the German Science Foundation (DFG), more info can be found here LINK.
