when a structural model is used in QBlade several coordinate systems (among them the nacelle coordinate system) are automatically created.
See: https://docs.qblade.org/src/user/coordinates/coordinates.html
On top additional sensors can be distributed over the turbine. For these sensors the data can be generated in the local or global coordinate systems.
