data import

Hello i want to ask about data import. How do I get CP and CT as a function of two variables such as tip speed ratio and pitch angle? i expected for surface graph

Hello,

could you clarify your question?

What kind of data are you trying to mimport into QBlade?

To get Cp, and Ct distributions for a particulat rotor design you can use the parametric steady BEM feature in QBlade.

BR,

David

hello, sorry for my confusing question before. i want to get data profile like graph in attached image. so i want to get cp and ct data based on tip speed ratio and pitch angle variable. so there are three data variable in one graph.

Hi,

you can generate this data in the “Characteristic BEM” Module, see the documentation here.

This module can generate performance coefficients as a function of wind speed, rpm and pitch.

Similar graphs to the ones you showed can then be generated after exporting the data.

Best,

David
