Export of .stl file in AutoCad Inventor
Quote from Nicolo on 14. November 2024, 16:12I need to export the blade that I’ve modeled in Qblade as a file .stl, to import this file in Autocad Inventor. If I change the number of chordwise points when I export the stl file from Qblade, the file will not work on the CAD software and all I can see (when I import it in Inventor) is just some random points and straight lines. But if I don’t change the number of chordwise points, leaving the default value, everything works properly. Instead, I’ve no problem when I change the number of spanwise points and everyting still work with any number of spanwise points.
The problem is that more chordwise points are needed to obtain a smoother leading edge. I hope someone can give me some advice to fix this problem.
Thank you.
